The efficiency of defect removal is determined by the type of polishing applicator used. Depending on your needs, we offer wool lamb and sponges in different hardness levels. The color of the sponge indicates its hardness level, with black being the hardest and white being the softest polishing sponge. For quickly refreshing gelcoat or painted surfaces, or for restoring color freshness, please use lamb’s wool or a moderately hard sponge. When using the lambswool head, use a rotary machine. When using sponge applicators, use a polishing orbit machine (eccentric).
